Q: Flaxseed

I keep reading about flaxseed. The health benefits of this seed are tremendous. If you can add 2 tablespoons per day to your diet you can lower bad cholesterol, decrease risk of cancer and add a lot of fiber (it has more than twice the amount of oatbran). It also has higher omega-3 levls than canola or soybean oil.
