hemmorhoids blood when wiping

For the past few months there has been just a tiny bit of red blood on the toilet paper everytime I wipe. I feel absolutely fine, I don't get any kind of pain or cramps in any relevant areas. Is this a problem? What could it be? I'm only 20, doesn't that put me in an extremely low risk category for things like colon cancer? Like I say it's been for a good few months now and it doesn't seem to be getting worse.

I thought it could be piles (hemmaroids (sp?)). But what is that exactly? I have heard things such as it is like a bunch of grapes hanging from down there. I certainly don't have anything like that. It feels normal, i think...
