Q: Pressure Between Testicles And Rectum

For about 2 years, I have had discomfort in the area between my testicles and my rectum. There is always constant pressure in my rectum and sometimes pain. I have a job where I have to constantly walk, and that area between my testicles and rectum starts to sting after too much walking or physical activity. If I have to go to the batroom or do any type of physical movement, my testicles rise up tight and it is so uncomfortable. My quality of life has gone down the drain mostly because it is embarassing for my testicles to rise and make a bulge down there. I can't even go to the gym anymore because too much running causes my testicles to rise and sting. I have insurance but don't want to tell my parents what is going on. It is too embarassing. Please help. Thanks in advance.

That area is called the perenium. It sounds like it is being irritated by your underwear among other things.

You're either going to have to keep suffering and having a low quality of life, or suck it up and talk to your parents. They'll be fine about it; they're your parents. They want to help you. They're not your friends: they will not laugh and call you names. They love you.
