Yeah Suzy, I'm impressed too! Good going!

Is there anything at all about school that you miss? Social life? You look like a homecoming queen/prom queen to me.

That must have been very difficult to go back to school and be far behind. I felt like that every single day in French class as well as algebra. How long until you left again because of the pregnancy?

How did you meet Travis?

My parents actually did quite the opposite, made me feel like I had no other option than aborting when in fact, I actually wanted to raise my baby. Even if that meant.. my life only consisting of him/her. At 15, I didn't realize that I had a choice & did what my parents told me to do, as always & I aborted my unborn baby at 11w4d. To this day, nothing will ever take that pain away... & I still remember every single detail of June 11, 2004. Biggest & only regret I have, as well as the worst day of my life. We actually ended up getting pregnant, not on 'accident' either, just a few months later.. and had a healthy, beautiful baby girl Oct. 05'. She has almost completely filled that empty space that almost took me over. . . mainly b.c. of my experience - I am happy that you are going to get this wonderful & exciting chance to raise your daughter. & know beforehand - there will be hard times, but best of all - there will be better times. Congrats, & good luck.

I finally realized that after I reread your post a few times, lol!

Once I fell behind in French and Algebra I never caught back up. Luckily I was able to switch to Spanish which was much easier. As for algebra, I squeaked by with a passing grade, but I had to take it over again in college. The reason I fell behind in the first place was that, in math, I just didn't get it and I didn't ask for help right at the beginning. As you know, math is a subject where you must learn it in steps, and you must get step 1 before moving on to step 2, etc.

In French, I hated it and didn't practice it enough and didn't do my homework properly.

So how did your parents ever let you move out???

i love french and i hate math lol
i missed 2 weeks of school due to scarlet fever and fell behind. then i came down with a staph infection. and so i missed even more school. and they decided that i had missed too many days to be able to even go do make up hours the principle told me that i would have to "live at sschool" to catch u[p
she also said i was a waste of her time. those exact words.

my mother was devestate at the fact tht i wanted to leave she called the poilice, she did everything to try and make me stay
finally she told me "you know what. your going to regret this one day."
she knew she wouldnt be able to stop me in the end i would keep messing up. because thats how us stubborn teens are LOL. we never listen.

That is beyond sick. Did you ever tell your parents that? I'd wring her neck.
What did she have against you anyway?

Why did you want to leave? I'd be devastated, too. Why did Travis leave school, too?

Yes I was going to ask who would be financially responsible for this child?

You are not working, are you in school? at 15 you cant even get a job. Are you doing anything from home? babysitting? running errands? you can find ways to earn money... not enough but some?

oh ya im still in school. and i do have a little job at my moms friends nail place. but my parents wont let me get a "real" job

yeah my mom actually went to court with the school over it. but in the end i got fined 779$. thats all that happened. come on now im a teenage girl. the court would go with a school principle over a teenage girl any day of the week.

i wanted to leave because i was rushing myself. i felt that by leaveing i wouldnt care or miss home.

travis left school when he was in 9th grade
he would be a senior now. he left because he wasnt doing well in high school. he got into a lot of fights.

Yeah, we've been wanting homeschooling for me since last year but didn't have the money until Suzy gave the link for that one... I hope your mom changes her mind too. You could graduate sooner than if you stay in a normal school..
