It varies. I only got mine fast because I was on the pill. After I went off the pill it took awhile for my regular period to start.

After I gave birth to Nathan it took around 3 months. trust me...it is really nasty too. Mine was like I had just giving birth again...so heavy, and I bled for like 2 weeks. I never did go back on the pill, and it eased up eventually.

I bled for 3 weeks, then got on the pill at that time and it came after I took my first pack.

i didnt get one after macy, and after liam i got mine after 7 weeks
