i'd say you should go see a doctor. It could just be nothing but to put your mind @ ease you should. We can't tell you what it is only a doctor could do that.

that girl is the beginning on an infection. Im no doctor but this is a sign for u to go see one whether u like it or not or else it can lead to something even worse. This one time there was this cysist on my penis and i went to the doctor the next day cuz it was huritng me alot and i didnt want it to turn into some kind of cancer cells so the doctors touched my penis here and there, yes it was embarrassing but i can at least say i still have my penis with me.
