Q: What Can He Do?

I have had an ongoing yeast infection due to the fact that I was a dancer for 17 years and am currently a swimmer,(i assume the tight clothing and sweating is the cause) and have tried some over the counter treatments but they never worked. My boy friend and I are sexually active and recently after sex he didn't properly wash up and then next day he began complaining of a raised redness, ichyness and his gentitals "smell like vag" (so nicely put I know). He is leaving for the army in two weeks and he needs something to help him get rid of it. Please if you have any suggestions, the doctor is a last resort.

Ps
any suggestions for me either, I would really appreciate it.

If you've tried over the counter yeast infection medicines, and nothings worked.. Then get to a doctor, screw the 'last resort' thing.. Obviously you have something pretty serious and need prescription drugs to properly clear it up. Same goes for your boyfriend, get him to a doctor, he won't have it as bad as you yet (if its even a yeast infection).. But it will be if he doesn't do anything about it.

You cannot have sex when you have a yeast infection! You will pass it onto him every time!
Definately go to the doctor.
