hello
i am suffering from PPD and underlying depression right now. i do not want to be on meds or antidepresants for it (im just not a medicine person lol)
however i DO have some suggestions that may be of great help that my dr told me to try instead of going the route of antidepressants
1. cut ALL caffiene out fo your dietand replace it with water
2. start eating fresh healthy foods,nothing fried or with a huge amount of fat.
3. exersize really helps
talking is the best tool and the best medicine
it will help you so much
you know what else
music and writting too are great stress relievers and help to vent
