Foods high in protein will help with depression. Peanut butter always makes me feel a little better ^^

Hmm I didn't know this, but it says it can be a lack of folic acid too >.> that would kind of make sense too.

you mention fast food all the time, you should probably stop eating out.

well i know the depression is most likely due to theses crazy hormones. my dr says though thst talking to a counselor may be a good option because there might be some "underlying deprssion" ? whatever that means. now that travis and my sister have set aside there differences it makes me feel better
however theres still not something quite right yet... that i need help with to get rid of this feeling like im sad.
right now im not sad
im nt upset im not mad

i do miss my little brother like CRAZY right now. i dont know why
also ive been haveing wierd dreams that stick in my head ALL day. and ill start to think really hard about whoever was in my dream or what it meant to the point that it makes me sad to think about it but it wont go away?

I saw give your self a little pick-me-up... every few days let your self have a little bit of coke. I couldn't live without my Dr Pepper, but I've limited it down to half a glass ever 3 or 4 days Very
Happy that's enough to get me by.

Have you tried caffeine free Coke, Suzy? I drink caffeine free diet Coke when I have my insomnia spells (not nearly as scary as it sounds, hehe), but I'm sure they have caffeine free regular, and it doesn't taste too bad.
OH! Coke Zero, isn't that what it is?! It's caffeine free, right?
Definitely nothing fried, fried foods clog your arteries AND slow down your metabolism, as well as filling your system with nasty fats, carbs, and sodium. Drinking water is AWESOME, it's healthy, plus it flushes all the toxins from your systems AS WELL as calories, and as the icing on the cake, it makes your hair shiny and your skin clear. Can't go wrong! Smile

Well, Coke Zero tastes like regular, I think. Not that I drink enough regular to tell, but I'm pretty sure.
