I hate not being able to feed her. So far today she's had 1 cracker and 5 oz of formula broken up into 2 feedings.
She's so hungry. She just cries and is so cranky. Jesse just gave her a bottle and she got so mad when it was over with that she was hysterical. I went in and rocked her until she calmed down, then put her down for her nap. It makes me want to cry. I might give her a few crackers for dinner, even though the dr said that was too much.

Do you have any peaches in HEAVY syrup? A teaspoon full of that every five minutes (as long as she's keeping it down) cures nausea. It works basically the same way as phenagren, because all phenagren really is is basically a concentrated sugar solution.

Well the dr said that this virus that's going around is lasting for 5-7 days with some of the severe cases. The reason why she's thrown up for 3 days is because I'm giving her too much too soon. Her belly needs to be empty for a day in order to recover. They told me when I went and she told me today for Ava that the emptier your belly is the faster you'll recover.
I always have canned peaches here, but we're out and my mom already went to the store.
I wish I would have known sooner.
I'm just feeding her when she wakes up. I can't stand knowing that she's napping right now on an empty stomach.
