i am a 18yr old college freshman. I have been masturbating since i was 17 for 2-3 times a day. Now my testicles are very small compared to others. I also feel pain in my lower abdomen(just right above the groin) and i also feel pain in my lower back. i dont know whether the pain is due to overweightness or any male health issue. i also noticed my glans is turning to a purplish brown color. i have stopped masturbation completely now. I also felt a very very very small lump on my right testicle (size of a pebble) about 2 months ago. I AM VERY VERY WORRIED ABOUT THIS CONDITION... CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME??

Do you feel constant pain above your groin? Is this pain radiating towards groin? Have you noticed that the lump on your testicle has changed in a meantime?

I dont feel constant pain in the groin. When i masturbate, it hurts for the first 1hr and later feels like i worked out. I cant seem to find a small lump but testes are really small. Sometimes it feels like my right testes is swollen, but other times it doesnt.... I AM REALLY SCARED!!!!!!!!

The testicles in an adult male typically measure about an inch wide and one and a half inches long and one may be slightly larger. Lower back pain, groin and testicular pain can be side effects of over masturbating (it's suggested that men keep their ejaculating frequency down to 2-3 times a week) Like most things in life, too much of a good thing can be bad. Do you feel tired all the time? Do you get soft or weak erections?
