i am a 18yr old college freshman. I have been masturbating since i was 17 for 2-3 times a day. Now my testicles are very small compared to others. I also feel pain in my lower abdomen(just right above the groin) and i also feel pain in my lower back. i dont know whether the pain is due to overweightness or any male health issue. i also noticed my glans is turning to a purplish brown color. i have stopped masturbation completely now. I also felt a very very very small lump on my right testicle (size of a pebble) about 2 months ago. I AM VERY VERY WORRIED ABOUT THIS CONDITION... CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?? Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Do you feel constant pain above your groin?
Is this pain radiating towards groin?
Have you noticed that the lump on your testicle has changed in a meantime?

The testicles in an adult male typically measure about an inch wide and one and a half inches long and one may be slightly larger.
Lower back pain, groin and testicular pain can be side effects of over masturbating (it's suggested that men keep their ejaculating frequency down to 2-3 times a week)
Like most things in life, too much of a good thing can be bad.

Do you feel tired all the time?
Do you get soft or weak erections?

Hi. I sign up immediately after reading the last message posted. I started to suffer testicle pain since 2007, but i did not pay much attention to it. Recently, it started to grab my attention as i started to feel pain whenever i try to think about sexual things for about 10 minutes (sometimes). I can say i have the symptoms you have outline in your question. What does that means?? Am i in a serious trouble (Please give your seriousness rating in ascending order within the scale of 1 to 10)???? Please give me some suitable advices. Thank You.

right groin tightness, discomfort
i'm 28 yrs old and work full time doing physical type of work (lifting, kneeling, pushing, pulling etc.) which makes me believe a little more that this is an injury rather than testicular cancer but then again... i'm no doctor. i'd say a few weeks ago i started to feel a slight discomfort in my right groin area and thought nothing of it because i'm used to feeling sore, having aches, and tweaks because i also play baseball and golf along with doing physical work. anyway the discomfort went away during my vacation and during my vacation i played some golf and nothing really caught my attention to wear i felt any pain in my groin. not to leave anything out but i am sexually active as well lol. for the rest of the week i didnt really feel anything, but when i returned to work about halfway into my shift that feeling in my groin, abdomen, and slight right testicle came back. i think i aggravated it while back at work because of lifting heavy things. it isn't an unbearable pain... just uncomfortable and it feels tight with a slight burning feeling. i can still play golf and bend and even stretch... it doesnt really bother me only lifting seems to really aggravate it. i sometimes freak out cause i always think the worst. i worked the week with the discomfort and on my last day before i was off i let my job know i was gonna get it checked out because i may miss time. i'm seeing the doctor tomorrow and i'm nervous about what i'll find out. i read up on hernias and thats what i think it might be, but wouldn't that really hurt? anyway i'm just concerned cause i hate going to the doctor and would rather work than go through this lol... any info would be great!
