As a teen and younger adult before a child and marriage for most of my teen years I started out bulemic then stopped that completely and found myself anorexic. I ended up in the hospital at the age of 17 needing to be on IV because I was underweight, anorexic, and dehydrated...now my problem is just the opposite. I am 28 and over the last year have found that I have gained 30lbs. I love to eat and when I crave it I just eat it! I eat heavy foods as well but I absolutely love it. 30lbs is a lot for me being only 5' tall. I am uncomfortable in my body and miserable at this weight. I could never even be anorexic again even if I tried because I am always so hungry. I have taken all kinds of pills to help me lose weight and it just doesn't help me. I don't have the time to exercize with working a full time job, a part time job, and taking care of my family. Any suggestions to stop caving into the craves and stop eating so much?

Well, I think you should still be able to eat what you would like or what you are craving. It's all just a matter of portion conrol. I lost 60 pounds by just strictly counting calories. I narrowed my calorie intake to 1200 calories per day. The weight came off so fast! I still count calories 2 years later and I have kept the weight off. I just increased my calories by 500-600 calories per day in order to maintain. If you put your mind to it, you can do it...I promise. Do you have any type of hobby? Maybe you could resort to this when you feel like you "need" to eat. Pictures are also a great motivator. Good luck!

Was Bulemic And Anorexic Now I Have the Opposite Problem
i had a concern about my weight before. I turned to eating more vegetables and later more salad, fruits and also juiciing in my diet. I also added on probiotics. This works and had maintained my weight at 46kg all these years. However be careful on the brands of probiotics. Use those that works which not necessary expensive. cheers,

I've had a very similar problem, and what helped me is completely staying away from food until I just had to eat.

Now I don't think thats very good advice, but its what helped me.
