I hope everyone is doing well! Things have been busy here lately. Tessa is a good baby and easy to take care of except when she's gassy. Then, watch OUT! I have determined never again will I eat asparagus while breastfeeding because the outcome was so bad. Tessa was cranky a whole day, only napped about 2 hours from 7 AM to 10:30 PM and kept crying and screaming. So asparagus is definitely a no-no for me! Yesterday, she was a perfect angel. I even got a chance to go for a short walk outside. I'm surprised how difficult walking is for me, considering I exercised pretty much throughout pregnancy. I guess I'm still healing even though I don't feel like it. Still, I'm not sore today, which is good news! I can't wait until I can exercise in full force, maybe take up some jogging again. I have a bit of a flabby midsection now, but overall, not too bad, and I have lost all my pregnancy weight and then some (117 lb. pre-preg). I'm weighing 114.5 lb. now in the morning. Breastfeeding is about the best diet ever; you can eat tons and still lose weight!

Wow you look wonderful! Dosnt look like you ever had a baby. Smile I hope to god I keep on some of my baby weight after I have my daughter because I never want to go back to a size 0 at my age (25) again! People give me such a hard time about it so I wanna stay at size 9 forever! Very Happy
