Q: Poor Diet

Hey, I am 22 and I know that I don't eat a healthy diet by any stretch. My diet consists of a lot of pastas and just not healthy food. I have a weak stomach and can't get myself to eat something I don't like, so I've always had troubles with trying new food. Because of that I eat a lot of the same food in different variants.

Anyways, I was wondering what the best vitamin for me would be for me to take. I've never taken vitamins before and figured I may as well start taking them when I'm young as a preventative measure.

I'm a male and 22. Any help would be great, links would be awesome and explanations of what I need in a vitamin and what vitamin would be good to get all of that without having to take 2 to 3 pills a day, I'd prefer to take 1 a day.

Try a one-a-day men's multivitamin from a trusted whole foods vitamin supplier. I like Rainbow Light as a brand. And generally, aim to buy from a natural foods store rather than a pharmacy or grocery store, as the vitamins sold in natural foods stores have shorter expirations dates and are generally more easily absorbed into your body than a pharmaceutical variety. Think about it .. why would the pharmaceuticals want you healthy? Then you don't buy their drugs.
