low iron causing tiredness?

So my girlfriend(27) went to the doctors recently and they told her that she needs to take iron because she bruises so easily. What she failed to mention to the doctor was how she is CONSTANTLY tired. She does work two jobs but I don't think that's the only cause. I told her taking Iron would help towards her being less tired and sleeping better, but what else could she take to improve sleep quality and just have more energy throughout the day?

I think she should start taking the iron as the doctor told her to and see what happens. She should level out her iron in about three months time. After that she can see if her sleep is improved and if it isn't, then take measures to improve her sleep.
