Well we went to the casino and I won $300!!!
Yesterday Ava and I started throwing up in the morning. She stopped after a few hours, but I continued to throw up and at 8:30 I ended up in the emergency room until 11. I was on a bag of fluids and they put phenergen in an iv. I was sooooooooooo messed up. I kept forgetting where I was at. The dr. and nurses would come in and I was so confused. I could see them, but it felt like a dream. I couldn't sleep it off b/c the phenergen made my legs jerk uncontrollably. When I got up to use the toilet I kept blacking out. It was nuts! Finally after begging to go home they let me even though I wasn't finished getting all of my fluids. I passed out as soon as I got home and woke up around 8:15 when Ava got up. I'm still so tired. She's running fever now and won't eat. She hasn't thrown up since yesterday morning, but now she has the diarrhea.
I'm still nauseated. The dr. said not to eat for another 24 hours. If I do it can come back, well I did b/c I was starvign, but all I had was soup and gatorade.
I can't wait until her nap. I'm exhausted. Jesse's working nights. Thank God my mom was able to come yesterday with her so I could sleep all day.

I'm feeling better. I was able to hold down 3 bowls of soups which is more than the dr wanted me to eat, but I felt like I could. Ava's not eating today though Sad.

Aww. I am sorry you don't feel good. Try some saltines too. Those usually help me feel better. My boyfriends doctor (when he had food poisoning) told him to wait at least an hour after throwing upi before trying to eat or drink and even then only sip and nibble. It will lessen the shock it has on your tummy.

Now that I'm better Ava starting throwing up again, no wonder why she didn't eat all day. I feel bad for continuing to offer her food. I should have just gotten the hint. I guess I'll do Pedialyte until nighttime then give her toast before bed. I don't know. I called her dr yesterday and she said to feed her small portions and rest her belly with pedialyte.

She's napping. I hate when she vomits. I feel so bad for her.

I feel 90% better. I'm still achy, but I'm eating. Ava held down some pedialyte and some toast. I'll give her a little more toast or crackers before bed and hopefully she sleeps well tonight.
Thanks girls!
