i'm a 20 year old overweight female. lately i have been having this weird pain in my legs. its not a cramp or soreness of any kind..it just hurts in specific spots all over. today i felt dizzy and nauseated. and lately i just haven't been feeling well at all 
...just really tired and worn out and weak feeling. my mom thought i had the flu a few days ago, but today she mentioned something about diabetes and how it runs in my family. i have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning. i'm nervous.
