hello. i have had a baby daughter 6 months ago and i have been feeling progressively worse. i feel at times like life has no meaning and i cant go on. but at other times i am fine and totally happy with my baby. how do i control these feelings? how to i explain them to my partner in a way men can understand. he says he doesnt understand how i can feel this way. ive never felt so alone... can anyone offer any advice?
