Q: Tongue Numbness

I recently had a Canker Sore on my bottom lip. This was on December 23rd. I did what i always do when i get Canker Sores. I pour red vinegar in my mouth and hold it there and make it burn out the sore to speed up the healing process. This time, the sensation on my tongue didn't go away until the next day. First i thought i burned it. The front and tip of my tongue are now numb and have been for 3 days. Can't taste anything in that spot?

Will this heal?
