so apparently I was beginning the ovulation process on Christmas day, that night I had sharp pains in my abdomin, I tested my ovulation the next morning the test line was even darker than it was the day before we made love that morning (yesterday) now today the test line was light, but still darker than the control line... today I have pain in my abdomin not like cramping but like I have been working out, like doin sit-ups.... I am so damn confused.... everyone says do it every other day but you only ovulate 12-36 hours? My fertility calenders says i'm not due to ovulate till the 31st, what do I do? Rolling Eyes

If you wait just every other day, then it just increases your chances because there will be a higher sperm count. But there is not reason to believe that having sex every day decreases your chances significantly.

If you want to become pregnant, go ahead and trust the ovulation kit. Sometimes life situations and even increase in exercise can throw your body a little off. Sperm can last 3 days inside you and be very viable for conception. So don't worry too much about it if it's every day or even every other day: if your husband has healthy and viable sperm, it should be pretty easy to become pregnant as far as he is concerned.

If you want to go by your fertility calendar, try again at that time as well. I'm sure he won't mind Wink
