Mine is no more pop, except for sprite zero, since it's got no calories and stuff. I've been doing rather well already, I used to drink like... 7 pepsi's a day, but I've cut it down to one and I've been drinking water and sprite zero Smile yay! I'm sure I'll think of more.

I second that one!!

New Years Resolutions:

1) Purge, Organize, and purge some more. My place is a pit.
2) Exercise every other day, at least. Pregnancy bedrest caused my muscles to atrophy and I feel like a little old woman now.
3) Eat better and actually drink more than three glasses of water a day.
4) Learn piano - actually practice everyday
5) Patience!!!!!!!! I have none.

i never make resolutions and i would have wanted to do these things regardless of the time of year...

-lose weight! i'm getting right back on weight watchers after esme is born and i will get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight! (that's pre-esme, pre-finn, pre-miscarriage, so it'll take awhile but i will do it!)

-try to keep up on the housework.

Patch and duct tape

j/k on the duct tape. I used to smoke...started when I was 12 and quit three months before I was legal to buy them. Everyone thought I was the most innocent person. They never knew. I was so addicted. I couldn't go four hours without having a cigarette. I skipped school a lot. Ciggs calmed me down. I used Nicoderm to help me quit...that and about two packs of gum everyday.

Good luck with that. I hope you can quit. I feel so much better. I was getting bronchitis every year and could hardly breathe when I smoked.

I still have dreams about taking at drag. Sometimes when I have those cig dreams, I wake up feeling guilty thinking I blew it. Wow! That was 15, almost 16 years ago and I am still having those dreams. I have issues.

My resolutions are

1 - Stop procrastinating when it comes to exam prep.

2 - Stop doing things that make me unhappy, ie. my deadweight job.

3 - Stop smoking, completely! I started when I was thirteen, and now I only have one every couple of days, but I never want to have one ever again!!!!!

I been smoking since I was in 2nd grade. Started heavy when I was 12. My sister bought them for me after all her cigs came up missing lol. I quit cold turkey when I found out i was pregnant. Then after I had Amelia I got this terrible headache that started at my head all down my neck and back so I went to the ER because I knew it had to be fom the epi and they gave me a shot and I threw up over 40times in 12hours and I couldnt keep nothing down and I wanted a cig to make me feel better so i started back (

My sister was prescribe those pills that help you quit. So far they are working. She use to smoke 4 packs a day in in 2 weeks she has dropped down to 1 1/2 packs. She has 10more weeks to go of that medicine so hopefully she can totally quit

I started smoking at about 11 and was a smoker by 12. Smoked until 2 weeks before my 18th birthday. I've been mostly smoke free ever since. (only 3 since then). Cold turkey too. Mike told me he wanted to start a family with me one day and I needed to be as healthy as I could. That was enough inspiration for me!
