first of all you shouldn't use two condoms - it only makes sex riskier as they can slip/fall off as in what happened to you. They are designed the way they are for a reason.
i doubt you are pregnant because he pulled out but there is always a chance with precum and what not. Wait and see if you miss a period and take a test

yes, you should never use two condoms because they rub against eachother and greatly increases the chances of tearing. as was already said, the chances are probably slim because he pulled out, but if you are still worried about it you should take a test

your breasts should not be larger and swollen this early. you can take a test as early as 5 days before period, but you may get a false neg.

Oh my god that's disgusting... Have you never had a sex ed program? Using two condoms is a sure-fire way to have one break - or slip off - and cause not only STD's but YES: Pregnancy!! Never ever use two condoms. Two is as bad as using none. One condom is all you need.

Pulling out is ALSO NOT a form of birth control. Pre-cum has sperm in it too.

As for your "symptoms": It's way to early for pregnancy symptoms. Heck, I don't think the egg would even be implanted yet if you WERE pregnant!! So you must be experiencing PMS.

You need to wait a full two weeks after sex and THEN test. Until then, do not have vaginal sex again, even with just one condom. You need to abstain until you know you are not pregnant or at least until your period comes.

Condoms can get lost up in your vagina if you weren't using it correctly, etc. If this happens again, and you can't pull it out by yourself, make sure you go somewhere to get it taken out- that is not healthy to have things stuck up there for any period of time.
