I'm completely uninsured, since I quite my
job and went to university for a year.
Does anybody know roughly how much I'm
going to have to pay for the hospital
delivery and stay??
So far Ive been to two appointments and
haven't paid a thing. I believe things
like ultrasounds aren't included in OHIP,
but are only $200 or so.

How long have you lived in Ontario?
It's free my dear. You just have to
register with your hospital.
And your entitled to a certain amount of
ultrasounds , I think 1 for free , and
then if there is cause for concern and
they HAVE to do one, those are free as
well.
$200?? maybe if your going for a 3d/4d...

At the hospital, you'll just recover in a
ward with other women, but you still give
birth in a completely private room.
Any more concerns about it , be sure to
ask your ob, midwife or the nurses at your
maternity ward!
