Q: Hands very red and course

both my hands, mainly my right are pretty red, they also feel very coarse when I rub them, it has been this way for about a week or so, is there any explanation for this? I have been going through alot of stress and get horrible panic attacks the last few months so whatever it is I am sure it is related, is this something I should worry about?
