I have a friend w/ MS who is going through a divorse. She appears to me to be extremley paranoid about her husband. She has what appears to me to be a heightned anxiety level. She accuses him of all sorts of things, some of which are possible, and some of which have been throughly disproven. For example accusing him of tapping her phone, planting a bomb in her car, hiding a gun in the house, having an affair, providing her brother w/ drugs, causing his suiside. My question is, is there a link between MS and paranoia? She is being treated for depression, but her anxiety continues to be all consuming. I have done a lot of research on MS, and I am trying to be a supportive friend.
