Does her parents know she is pregnant? If she is 7 months along and in labor thats premature labor. She needs a hospital now either make her go or call an ambulance.

If she's in labor at 7 months both she and the baby could die without immediate attention. It's possible to stop pre-term labor at it's early onset but you have to act fast. Get help right away.
