I'm on Yasmin right now for Birth Control. Somehow in the past few months I took one a day late and now it messed up my whole cycle. I mean, I still get my period but it is always 2-3 days late (On a Tues or Weds) instead of a Sunday. Does anyone know how I can fix that to getting it back to a Sunday? I always take a new set on Sundays and it just goes back to 2-3 days late, and makes me nervous. Should I start it earlier or...?

WHEN you are on BC pills, your period can start ANYTIME during the placebo week,

You are not considered "late" until you have taken ALL of your placebo pills without having a period.

Most women who use the pill do not have a period until 2-3 days into the week. This is because the period on BC pills is not a real period, it is simply due to lack of hormones. Your body has to register the drop in hormones before it will bleed.

uti
i recently was on antibiotics for streap throat and now i'm itching, and burning, but not nearly as bad as when my bf cums inside of me. i usually get yeast infections where it burns when i pee after antibiotics.. but not this time. it just hurts, burns, itches, and expecially burns when my bf cums in me, i'm tired all the time.. all these are symptoms of a uti. i also feel like i have to pee a lot not like tremedously but more than normal and not a lot comes when i have to. and i get check ups regularly at my gyne and paps and everythings good. so i'm making an apptment with my family doctor to have him check my urine for a yeast and uti. i would say that's the best thing to do is tell your doctor what's going on.. they'll know how to test and treat it.
