Q: Head Ache!

Hello ehealth forum! I have a problem. Lately I wake up each morning with a slight headache. Its becoming more constant and its worrying me. I'm not quite sure what may be causing them. I do have a lot on my mind and I do tend to stress often! Lately more than usual. My sleep pattern is also off. Does anyone else suffer or have suffered from the morning headache problem? Do you guys have any advice?

It May Be...
You might be right. I automatically assumed it was stress and I didn't consider the fact that I suffer with allergy problems! And I also have a cold right now. It might be just that!

Morning Headache
Do you grind your teeth? Often times a headache can be caused by grinding throughout the night or a condition called TMJ, (which I have). You can buy a mouthguard from the drugstore or have your dentist fit you with one if this is the issue.
