Q: Really Sensitive Head...causing Premature Ejaculation

Hi chaps,

I'm 26 with a serious girlfriend, but sometimes I cum incredibly quickly (sometimes upon entering her vagina). I don't seem to have this problem when she masturbates me with hand or mouth.

I think it's down to one particularly sensitive area at the top of shaft, where it joins the head. A couple of years ago, I slightly ripped my foreskin during sex, and I'm wondering whether this has contributed to this problem.

I have read about creams and sprays but worried they will prevent condoms from working and/or numb her vagina too.

Any thoughts or similar experiences? I am fed up with constantly disappointing her or having o have a few drinks or wanks to make sure it doesn't happen!

Andy, I know the frustration! I use a spray called Stud Spray. Not sure if you can get it in the UK though. It works pretty well and doesn't seem to effect my wife's vagina at all. As long as we wait till it drys she is fine. Not sure how it effects the effectiveness of condoms, as she is on birth control and we don't use them. Check out the sticky post regarding PE, there are pages and pages of posts where you may find something else helpful as well.

There are condoms that have special dulling lubricant already put inside of them. so you know the condoms will be safe if you go that route. I think Durex makes one called performax or something to that sort. Go to your local pharmacy and look for them.

Thanks guys...I have tried those Durex Performa condoms and I must admit they were pretty good. I have ordered some Durex PlayLonger cream too so hopefully the combintion will work.
