small accumulation of very small, mildly to moderately inflamed what look like "bites" on the very base of stomach where pubic hair begins

"bites" are extremely itchy when irritated but not notably itchy most of the time

"bites" appear as a very small dot, very bright red, with redness surrounding the dot and fading out in a circular fashion, outer redness not swollen/raised from skin

there appear to be about 10-15 of these present all spaced .5-1cm apart, located at and 4cm above place where pubic hair begins

history:

risk of having an std is small, though possible
extremely sensitive skin/ v easily irritated
in the past two months facial skin has broken out in an unidentified rash (great deal of tiny red bumps clustered together in various places especially around nose/mouth [small as inflamed pores], not itchy) which seemed to come and go but not completely go until within the past two weeks it began to
history of extreme facial skin irritation and mild acne
recurring history of pubic skin irritation (pimples [not itchy] on the pubic bone area which fill with pus and eventually go away, appear to be result of shaving/irritation of hair growing/becoming ingrown), (the odd slightly itchy bump around labium majus, no pus etc)

anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

could be razor burn or something?
or if youve switched detergents or fabric softeners it could also be an allergic reaction

i don't think it's razor burn because it's mostly above where i shave, and not really present at all where i do shave

it could be an allergic reaction; though it just seems odd because i've switched detergents in the past and never had anything like this, and the rash doesn't seem to correlate very clearly at all to anything detergent related
