There are lots of things you can do to make eating healthier more fun.
First I recommend a whole food multivitamin to make sure that you are getting proper nutrition right away, so that if you slink away from eating healthier for a while, you won't suffer too badly.
If you eat lots of junk food, a multivitamin will help, but it's not going to keep you from storing unhealthy fats in your system, so you should start a good diet plan. I recommend visiting a bookstore and experimenting with different recipes.
It may seem a little silly, but I know there is a cookbook out on how to make your kids eat healthier (like veggies) by disguising them in foods that most children like. I don't know the author of one of them, but the other is by Jerry Seinfeld's wife. You should look into that. It might make eating much more fun, and I'm sure the recipes are not too difficult since they are geared towards busy moms struggling with kids who don't want to eat what's healthy.
The more you keep yourself in a healthy state, the less you will be craving sweets and foods that are not good for you.
Best of luck.
