I am a 25yr old male from India, had
undergone circum surgery at my age of 5
yrs. After that my sexual feelings went
high and i had started to masturbate from
1996 i.e. at my age of 14 onwards. The
head of my penis too was not developed at
that time at after my 5-6 times of
masturbation only the head on my penis
formed. Am still continuing masturbation
and at this time my parents asked me to
get married. The problem is my balls are
small in size and too loose. Also the
sperms are too liquid in nature and
weightless. If i stopped the masturbation
for 3 to 4 days then I can feel that my
balls got little tighten and more shaper
and too I can ejaculate more quality,
quantity and sticky sperms.
Also am having small boobs which were
developed at my age of 12 yrs and also now
too my mustache is not grown well for me.
All these things made me worried a lot and
now am having an idea to under go
liposuction treatment to remove my boobs.
Can anyone help me on this by advising the
approx expenses on this treatment?
Also please advise what my sexual problem
is and what I have to do next? I am not
having sexual intercourse wit anybody so
far.
Even after 11yrs of masturbation I can
achieve rock hard erection. Please advise
whether I am a qualified male for marriage
and sex? Can I satisfy a girl with all her
desires?

If you get a hard erection and can
ejaculate, that's all you need to
impregnate someone. Vaginal sex is not how
most women get pleasure from sex anyway.
Masturbation is not harmful. 11 years of
masturbation means you simply know what
makes you feel good.
I'd go talk to a DOCTOR. Only he will know
how to fix your problems.
