Wet All Day Because of Tri-cylen? Posted: 04-20-04 08:57am
I know this sounds really nasty, but even
since i've been on the pill, it seems like
i'm wet all day (as in I have a noticable
increase in vag. Discharge. Gross hey?).
Anyway, I just was wondering if anybody
else has this problem. Apparently,
switching to a different pill may help
this prob. One of the goofier reasons why
this is a problem for me, is cuz I can't
wear thongs all day. I just get too wet
to be wearing that type of underwear! I
feel bad, cuz my boyfriend is always
saying "how come my friends girlfriends
wear thongs and you can't?". Im
like.....Ummm. Hahah, anyway, just
wondering.

I think that it is normal for the pill to
cause an increase in discharge - i'm
pretty sure it did slightly for me. I'm
not sure how much is normal though and at
what point it might be a problem.
Like you said, it might be worth trying a
different brand

It may be so.. It would explain why I had
the same problems. I thought it was just
normal for me since I have been on ortho
tricyclen sine I was in my teens. I just
went on the depo shot a few months ago and
i've had little to no discharge for the
most part.
