A good friend has been diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer in the middle range of aggressiveness.

His wife died 25 years ago after a five year battle with cervical cancer.

From what I have learned, cervical cancer is from HPV. Would that also put him at risk from being with his wife who did develop cervical cancer?

I put this on Men's Health but have not received a reply, so thought I would put it onto Women's Health.
