Q: Sudden Fever Body Aches Then Diarrhea

I had sudden fever body and joint aches then yellowish diarrhea. The fever, aches and the watery diarrhea are gone but i still have yellowish/golden brown soft feces.

i still feel kind of sluggish. what could this be?
