I made a New Year's Resolution years ago and stuck with it: Not to make any more New Year's Resolutions. Very Happy

I would like to improve myself. I would like to learn to be better at who I am.

Like self esteem, control issues, fears, strength, jealousy, rage, anger, emotions

I would like to be the best Rosie I can. But this I do daily so its not really a New Years thing. I am continually growing.

But I think I would like to start my ab excersises each day.

Well, I am going to stick to this one this time...

1. I am on day 2 of not smoking again... I quit for a little while then I had a friend pass and have been smoking since then. This time its for real...Hubby is quitting to so it will be much easier.

2. I am starting an office diet with several people from work. I figure its better to do things in numbers. I have already started working out, just need to add the nutrition.

Hmmm, not get pregnant this year LOL!

Uh, for real, I'm not going to eat much sweets and carbs so I don't risk worse Candida than I already have, and I'm going to try for a healthier diet along with it. After I'm done breastfeeding the new baby (who should be here in a week or two) I'm going on a weight-loss diet.

I know, me too because I'm addicted to coming here already lol. Tmddyan warned me, but either I didn't listen or I forgot!

But it does help me pass my time before I have the baby too and right now it's really difficult to move.....bedrest was recommended, but I couldn't do that with 5 kids, so I have "chair rest" hehe.
