ive never had my hair shorter than an inch or 2 past my shouilders

so im kinda nervous. and since i have no idea what im going to like or get i am looking on the net trying to find some different cuts i like
so heres the deal: its getting died after christmas light blonde with hot hot pink. im grtting it done at a salon so this time its really how i want it. so with that...i want it short. not too short but like to my shoulders. and probably some layers too.
kinda like this style cut maybe?
what do ya think?
oh and if anyone knows of a good site to find hairstyles that would be great
