I would think that during an erection, cockrings are not that healthy because they restrict blood flow too much (in my opinion) during an erection and make the blood vessels in your penis very rigid. most traditional cockrings are put on after an erection is achieved to keep the blood in the penis and keep it hard. From what i've heard you should not wear it for longer than 30-45 min as it can cause damage to the tissue. I'm not sure about the one you're wearing though?
