Q: Little White Spots On Genitals

There just little white spots on my scrotum and some underneath the penis. I've had them for years and at first I just thought its where the pubes will come from but obviously not. I hear there normal but there must be away to get rid of them. I notice most porn stars don't have any at all.

I've squeezed some before and just a tiny amount of puss comes out. So is there any creams that get rid of them all together.

Thanks, yes I understand its normal but because of that did they decided not to make no cream to get rid of it. I would prefer not to have them so are you certain there is no way to prevent them or get rid of them at all.
