Q: Constant Gag Reflex

For about a year my gag reflex had been getting worse and worse. In the last month, I gag at least 10 times through out the day for no reason. I can hardley drink anything with out gagging and always feel like I need to throw up. Anyone know what this is or why this is happening all of a sudden to a healthy 28 year old?
