Back Pain is one of the most troubling problems in modern times, and causes the most distress.
Thousands is spent on therapy every day to return the spine to good health and flexibility and to be pain free.

Modern health practices have got it wrong and so we live in pain.
when i was 18 i had never experienced back pain. i injured my right ankle during a football training session and had 6 weeks out recovering.
on returning to training i found i could not run for more than 10mins as a pain would develope in my low left back, a feeling as if my muscles were being squeezed in a vice.

for years i had Osteopathic treatment to no avail. i went on to study as an Osteopath and then on to get a qualification in massage therapy.

14 years later i know why my back pain wasnt got rid of and i have managed to remove it myself.

I am the leading practitioner for understanding human movement and recovery and it is only a matter of time before i begin publishing my findings and other aspects of health.
