In 2004 I had a right hernia surgery.
I have little discomfort where the surgery was done just like the doctor said it would be.
The disconfort happens after I run or train.
I got used to it, but my problem is this.

Yesterday my neighbor calls me for help to push his car in the garage.
Him my friend and myself pushed the car, but I pushed the car maybe around 70% of my strenght.

Then after 2 hours I started noticing disconfort where the surgery was done.
It's not pain just disconfort, it has been 4 days already and I'm getting woried.

When I take pain medications the disconfort goes away.

Any help?
Thanks.
