Hi every one,

I had this pain for a year now that comes and gos, its on the left side of my body (not abdomen) below my rib gage. Some times while running the pain will occur like a side ache mostly if i have to urinate, if i stop and urinate it seems better. I also noticed if i sleep on my back and have to urinate i have a lower back ache like kidneys and I cant breath in to deep, if i set up, urinate, or lay on my stomack it go's away. I've also experienced a stabbing pain in my upper abdmen once or twice, it only last a second or so.

thanks,
mike
