I have recently been doing some research
about the HIV virus.
I have had unprotected sex before. Once,
many years ago - I experimented with anal
sex for a few minutes and the event was
unprotected. He didn't ejaculate, but I am
concerned that I may have opened myself to
a terrible risk.
Over the years I have had a couple more
moments (the entire event was not
unprotected) of unprotected sex, at no
point did my various partners ejaculate
but I am still concerned.
In the last year I have developed fairly
constant acne- for someone who is 22 that
seems strange as in my younger years I
didn't have any skin problems.
I have also found unexplained bruises on
my body in the last couple of months. I do
not normally easily bruise.
In the last few months I have also had a
re-currance of sty's on my eyelids-
something that is also very new to me.
I am concerned that I may have early signs
of lowered immunity and as much as I am
scared that I may have the illness - I am
more terrified that I may have passed it
on to my partner of over a year.
I am organising to go and get a test this
week. But in the meantime I was hoping
somebody may be able to tell me about
their experience with the emergence of the
AIDs virus.
Or at least put my mind at ease as I am
female and live in Australia- I have had 8
sexual partners in 5 years and most of the
time I have been safe.
Please help me.

sorry this is late. Well skin problems are
sometimes a sign of a lowered immune
system but to be honest it doesn't mean
you have HIV. I'm sure its been over six
months now since your last possible
exposure but I really hope you got tested
and I really hope it came out negative.
Please remember to always use a condom
with someone you don't really know. I
myself still have to wait another month
before my 6 month point but iv also been
showing signs of HIV and even though I got
tested at 3 and a half months I'm still
scared for this last test. Anyways all the
best luck.

Dont be Scared. Be Bold to Face it Whatever Posted: 08-06-08 02:51am
symtoms are never a solution to HIV
detection and treatment. They are only
one in a million showcases, that it could
be possible.
Get tested for sure..and repeat the test
once again another three month later. make
sure to avoid sexual activities during
this period to avoid new infections.
I am sure, if u feel bold, u will save the
rest of your life from psychiatrical
issues. and life longer and healthier.
