i know exactly what you're going through.
i've been bulimic for 2 years and haven't
told anyone. i'm doing better now, but
when i feel a craving, i go on an eating
binge and i have eaten too much ice cream,
too much pizza, too much vegetables until
i feel like my stomach is going to
explode. i solved this by seperating my
food into portions, all of it. if you
seperate the container of ice cream into
seperate freezable containers, with about
2 scoops per container it will be easier
to satisfy your craving. when you have a
craving, you can take out 1 container nd
finish the ice cream, you'll trick your
body into thinking you've eaten an entire
carton of ice cream, when really you only
ate 2 scoops. i've been using portion
control for awhile and it has helped me
stop wanting to binge eat. but be careful
and aware, if you feel like grabbing
another container from the freezer, stop
and think to yourself.."do i really want
this?" also, when eating ice cream, take
each bite very slowly and savor the taste,
you will think you've eaten a lot of ice
cream when you really just took a long
time to eat a little bit. i hope i can
help even a little, those methods helped
me!

satisfy you and help you eat the right

check for candida in your blood and clean
out the fungus..... go see a physician
who uses a darkfield microscope and see if
you have those white bubbles of fungus in
the blood and stay on the right diet until
they dissappear. Antibiotics bread, wine
beer sugars etc will all feed yeast and
yeast needs the simple sugar to survive.
That's all it eats sugar and it makes it's
host go get it. Funbgus and yeast can
screw up the appetite centres in the
hypothalamus creating an emotional
response and a consequential
binge.....good luck
