Q: Did I Take It Wrong?

I started my new kind of bc on last thursday. I was supposed to start it on the first sunday after i started my period but i got confused and thought that i was suppposed to start it the sunday after my period stopped. I have been taking it for over a week now so am i safe to have sex without a backup methed now or did i screw up? i think this is what i did last time when i got on microgestion but they are different kinds so i am just making sure.

As long as you've taken it for a week, you're safe. You could have started on any day of the week any time of the month. The ONLY advantage of starting on the first day of your period is that you are INSTANTLY safe. You didn't do that but you've waited a week so now you're totally safe anyway.

birth control pills
i mistakenly took tablet for the last saturday of th pack and continue with following day which is sunday for the right week, is this still safe?
