Hello
Can someone help me?
Is it possible to be blocked up the TOP near your stomach? I have had supposotries, stool softeners and ascorbic acid and nothing is getting through. I can;t eat very much because it is like the food is slowly draining through. Like it is blocked.I look pregnant again. What has been coming through once a day is one hard rock that is very pale.

You will never really understand it til you have it..anyone who is advi am 38 yo and i have suffered from severe chonic constipation for years. Miralx does nothing but sit there , bisocodyl tablets a used to take so many i would get reflux in my esopgagus so much gas i would sometimes not go to functions because of it. I went to colo rectal surgeon who did 6 tests on me and said he has never seen anything so severe. I could easily not go for months!!! Maybe never without some aid. I started usuing perdiem granuals i though it was a joke since i have tried everything short of dynomite and nothing..but perdiem granules now off the market and now in tablet version seem to have worked for me the last 3 years. Lately i am scared to say it is loosing its luster..anyone have any suggestions?ising psyllium ..you have no idea..that alomost makes it worse

Laxatives can damage the colon
There are many reasons why constipation may occur. Lack of dietary fibre, lack of proper oils, insufficient water intake, a stressful lifestyle, lack of magnesium, lack of friendly bacteria, are a few of the areas that need to be examined when searching for solutions to constipation. One can start off by taking baby steps and gradually progress into regaining a healthy colon.
You may send a reply directly to me so that I may point you towards relief for constipation. I have not had chronic constipation but have noticed healthier bowel movement since I have been ingesting this liquid supplement daily.

My son was badly constipated. With kids it becomes a psychological issue as much as a physical one. He was afraid to poo, so he held it and the problem got worse. Then I discovered chlorophyll and the nightmare went away. I told my pediatrician about it and he said, "What a great idea, I will recommend it."

Chlorophyll is also great for cleaning the digestive track and liver and boosting the immune system. yes

Natural Constipation Remedy
Two essential nutrients that most of ignore and don't get enough of. Water and fiber. Just these two will not solve chronic constipation, but will help most people.
