Do you mean having shingles like skin allergic reaction or shingles triggered when there is a allergy reaction to something?
Shingles is a reactivation of the herpes zoster virus remained in a dormant state in the body years before.

Shingles
Allergies in general weaken the immune system which may cause an breakout of shingles. I believe that shingles may be inter-related with some other underyling problem in the body. For instance, it is an indicator that there is something else wrong , whether it is stress, allergies, an injury or illness.
