Q: Recurring Spot On Gum

About 6 or 7 years ago, I got a small spot on my gum, about a cm above my vampire tooth right side and I remember it stayed there for ages (months) and then went, anyway it has come back a few times this year in exactly the same place, nothing oozes out of it and it doesn't bleed, it can just get a bit sore and sometimes looks like a little white head! Some days it feels flat and other days it feels like a spot.

Please reassure me over this, I am petrified of the dentist and would be terrified of it being an abscess or something, but then surely it wouldn't have gone away for years, right?

I have been to the dentist 4 or 5 times since I first had it, but of course never mentioned it cos it wasn't there at the time!

it could be an abscess a cyst or another thing . the best way to know what is is going to the dentist and you should go because if it is and infection it can cause you many problems if you dont treat it
