How Can I Get My Cycles Regular? Posted: 12-20-07 09:49am
ok there are many issues with my body
right now and I need to try to get them
straight. I have been having unprotected
sex for 1 year and my boyfriend and I have
not gotten pregnant, nor have I ever been
pregnant. My cycles were always reg until
I went on Depo. I took Depo for 4 years
and never had a period. I stopped Depo
last Nov. In Jan I bled for 1 month. Feb,
had spotting. Then no periods. Sept had a
regular period on the 4th, then Oct it
came the same day. Yeah finally regular!!
Nope. Nov I started on the 11th and I
have not gotten a period for Dec. I am
not preg, I took a test Monday. I have
been taking Melatonin for sleep and in the
last 3 months it feels like I havent
ovulated. But I have the symptoms of
ovualtion right now. I just read in a
post on hear that Melatonin can stop
ovulation. So now I will stop taking
that.
So my question is how can I get my cycles
regular? I cannot take hormonal B/C. I
would like to know when I ovulate, but why
dont I ovulate regularly? It should be
once a month but it seems like once ever
couple of months. SHould I be worried?
Should I see a fertility specialist?
I know I can temp and buy the kits, but do
my periods have to be regular to start
temping and charting and stuff?
I hope this makes sense. I am starting to
get really concerned that I may not be
able to have kids. My boyfriend is
too....

i have been tryin to get preg with my now
fience for prolly 6 or 7 months, and i
have not been on any birth control for
years, and i can not seem to get preg. my
periods usually come at the same time, or
close to, but sometimes they are
completely off.. how do i get everything
on track? cuz i dont know if i ovualate at
the same time or when i am..
can anyone help?
